The CCFL’s cultural hub offers many different activities in celebration of London’s diverse and dynamic Francophone community. We host anything from dinners to camps, or films to plays. Please see below a list of annual events!
Francophonie month (March)
The National Francophonie Month is organized annually to promote the French language across Canada in all its diversity. The goal of the National Francophonie Month in Canada is to unite and bridge gaps between Francophone and Acadian collectivities across Canada. For more information please visit the Rendez-Vous de la Francophonie website.
Franco-FUN Festival (Saint-Jean-Baptiste)
For Francophones across Canada, Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day is a day of celebration. On this day, the cultural pride of all French Canadians is expressed across the country in parades and lively festivities. London’s celebration is always marked by live music and delicious food. Join us!
Holiday Dinner
Each year the CCFL offers a holiday celebration, a dinner during the holidays to the Francophone and Francophile community of London and its surroundings. The event aims to bring together the various French-speaking adults and seniors of the London area and the surrounding area in a festive and fun setting. The evening is marked by a full buffet dinner, piped music and a show, followed by attendance prizes.
